Lost In Translation: Language Conference

The Fullah Friends of South Australia in partnership with Fulbe Australia Inc, the Multicultural Communities Council of South Australia (MCCSA), the African Communities Council of South Australia (ACCSA) and South Australia’s diverse ethnic speaking communities will be hosting ‘Lost in Translation’ language conference in Adelaide in which Fulani speaking African Australians from interstate will be in attendance.
This conference will primarily be looking at the challenges new and emerging communities face adjusting their thought flow process to a second language. It aims to give participants the opportunities to look at how easily we can misunderstand each other from the way we speak based on our culture and language background.
